PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
Ensure the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain optimal operating condition of plant equipment, minimize production disruptions and downtime, uphold safety and quality standards, and develop maintenance plans that maximize the usable life of machines and equipment while preventing recurrence of breakdowns.
CAPEX, OPEX MANAGEMENT AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Facilitate cost optimization and operational efficiency by managing repair and maintenance activities, documentation, and performance analysis, while leading CAPEX and OPEX projects and implementing process improvements to ensure compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement of facility operations.
MANAGEMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDERS
Maintain strong relationships and governance with maintenance service providers to ensure contractual compliance, safety performance, quality, and delivery against SLAs and KPIs. ...
