YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Power & Recovery Manager, the Shift Engineer will be responsible for providing leadership to the crews ensuring the safe and effective performance of their duties.

The Shift Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all legislated environmental and regulatory requirements that pertain to training the crew in safe operation of the equipment are met.

The Shift Engineer is responsible for ensuring that department health and safety, environmental compliance, quality, production, cost and customer satisfaction objectives are continuously met.
