Main responsibilities expected

• Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user 's requests (analyze and debug)
• Participate to projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and correspond with the infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology.

Requirement

• Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)
• Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems.
• Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus.
