Job Description :

Report to Senior Manager-HR (Heads of Departments and all Employees about Health, Safety and Environment function)

Key Responsibilities
• To take responsible for development & implementation Company HSE Policies & Procedures.
• To take responsible on Enforcement of all HSE regulations as specified by the Government are in place and strictly observed. Propose and recommend necessary changes to the Sr. HR Manager prior implementation.
• To take responsible and accountable for smooth and efficient management of HSE function including of tasks and assignments to be performed by HSE department.
• To monitor operational process/ procedures at Mill and Port, provide corrective action, if necessary.
• To establish machinery safety/ protection plan in conjunction with Heads of Departments to eliminate potential hazard/ accident.
