SharePoint Knowledge Specialist Role

Part 1: Knowledge Systems & SharePoint Work (≈50%)

One major responsibility will be helping us modernize how we document and scale our internal processes.

Today, much of our institutional knowledge lives in a network drive (folders, Word docs, PowerPoints, etc.) or in people's heads. We are intentionally moving away from that and toward 
SharePoint Pages as a true knowledge and process platform
, not just a file repository.

This person will:

• Review and inventory existing documents and folders
• Identify what should be converted into structured processes vs archived
• Create 
  SharePoint Pages
   using a defined template (purpose, when to use, inputs/outputs, decision boundaries, escalation, etc.)
