Shaft Supervisor

This position is located in Allan, Saskatchewan and is part of a team of Shaft Supervisors reporting to the Shaft General Foreman.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure a safe work environment for all employees by maintaining compliance with all applicable safety requirements, leading by example and promoting a proper safety attitude to all employees
• Be responsible for supervision of the hoist, shaft and trade crews in the field to ensure maximum utilization and safety
• Organize and schedule work within the PM system, and manage emergency breakdowns as they occur
• Collaborate with the shaft planning group and contribute to safe and efficient execution of shaft and hoisting operations and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with Mine Regulations, Occupational Health and Safety, and Loss Control
