SFCC QA

What you’ll do:

• Develop high-quality test plans and execute them to validate business and technical requirements on SFCC
• Work closely with development teams to understand system changes and ensure test coverage for new and modified features
• Conduct testing prior to UAT releases to ensure readiness for business validation
• Coordinate with cross-functional, internal, and external teams to support UAT and release activities
• Execute manual tests post-deployment to validate stability and prevent regressions
• Lead efforts to design, build, and maintain manual test suites for SFCC
• Validate end-to-end eCommerce workflows including catalog, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, orders, and fulfillment
• Test integrations with OMS, payment gateways, and third-party services
• Log, track, and manage defects with development teams using JIRA
