About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer / QA Engineer to support ongoing construction and civil engineering project in Cardiff. The role will suit a technically strong engineer with a proven background in digital engineering, quality assurance, and site control.
Candidates must be within a 1 hour commute of Cardiff to be considered for this position as part of the clients social value agreement. No digs available. 2 years work
Key Responsibilities
* Setting out works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements
* Managing and maintaining QA documentation, inspection and test plans, and as-built records
* Producing and checking setting out data and survey information
* Uploading, managing, and verifying digital site records
* Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and design teams
* Ensuring works are delivered accurately and in compliance with project standards
