12 and professional courses. They cater to students in 15+ countries, providing customized
educational support.
Role Description:
Session Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the tutoring sessions to ensure a
seamless experience for both tutors and students.
Core Responsibilities:
● Schedule and coordinate live tutoring sessions
● Monitor sessions to ensure quality and adherence to guidelines
● Provide real-time technical support and escalate issues to IT when needed
● Maintain and update teaching resources
● Assist with tutor and student onboarding and platform support
● Track attendance, performance, and session feedback
● Ensure compliance with company policies
