Good experience in IT asset management in ServiceNow ITAM domain
Handson experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules SAM Pro HAM Pro
Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Glide ApI.
Experience with integrations using RESTSOAP APIs
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Good to Have Skills:
Exposure to automation workflows for asset lifecycle
Knowledge of cloud licensing and SaaS subscription management
Experience with CMDB design and data integrity
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications SAMHAMspecific
Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITAM best practices
