- Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers (scheduling, billing questions, service concerns, general inquiries)
- Provide clear, professional support while demonstrating strong product/service knowledge
- Work confidently with internal systems during live calls, ensuring accurate data capture
- Meet individual performance and record goals
- Protect customer and company information with strict confidentiality
