The IT Services Sales Enablement Specialist acts as a strategic interface between Services Organization (Professional Services, Custom Solutions, Technical Support, and regional sales organizations. This role ensures alignment, communication, and engagement across teams to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Communication & EngagementKeep sales teams informed about Services offerings, pricing, and new developments.Organize and maintain communication channels for services-sales collaboration.Drive accountability within sales teams for pipeline management and sales delivery.
