Job Description
The key responsibilities of this position include:
Manage the design of Building Services documentation packages across the project, including Mechanical, Electrical, Security & ICT as well as Hydraulic.Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the developing documentation meets the required specification, cost budgets and programme for construction works.Together with the project team, identify applicable cost savings and assist with product selection and problem solving to achieve best value for money.Progressively monitor the production of workshop drawings and as built documents.Monitor progress and quality of the works, installation and commissioning on the project.Participate in the final handover of the building including submission of final documentation, as built documents, authority approvals, warranties, training and guarantees.Qualifications
