About the role
As a Services Coordinator you will:
- 80% phone work: outbound & inbound
- 15% escalation
- 5% data integrity audits
- Perform technician screenings – soft skills and technical capability assessment
- Send technician site‑specific forms/field procedures, instructions, etc.
