Services Coordinator - Commercial Fit Out

Services Coordinator required for leading Commercial Fit Out company.

This would suit somebody looking to make the move from subcontractor to head contractor who has previous experience as an SM or PM.

The role is to support the Services Manager and project teams in the coordination, documentation, and delivery of building services across
predominantly fit out focused projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting with services coordination activities including tender support, design coordination, subcontractor engagement, installation monitoring, commissioning support, and project close-out.
