About the Role

Shift Time: Night-shift (US Time)
Job Requirement:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and integrations.
- Strong level of knowledge of multiple ServiceNow applications, enterprise software experience.
- Strong understanding of one or more ServiceNow Industry solutions.
- Familiarity with CSDM, CMDB best practices, and ITIL® processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Agentic AI capabilities, including Now Assist, and relative business value propositions.
- Experience in creating persuasive solutions and offerings documents, diagrams, customer value proposals.
