Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect – ITOM to lead architecture, design, and implementation of ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- CMDB design & governance experience
- MID Server setup & optimization
- Integration experience (REST/SOAP, monitoring tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace)
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
