**What You Will Do** **:**

+ Serve as a ServiceNow Technical Architect and Subject Matter Expert, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of complex, enterprise-scale solutions on the ServiceNow platform
+ Define and own the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, security requirements, and IT objectives
+ Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and integrated ServiceNow solutions
+ Lead the end-to-end architecture and design across platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and App Engine
