About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow specialist to take ownership of platform operations, support and governance in a large enterprise environment. This is a delivery-focused contract role with strong autonomy and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage core platform administration (users, roles, access, jobs, notifications, MID Server)
• Provide Level 2 support (incident triage, troubleshooting, minor enhancements)
• Drive release and change management across environments
• Maintain security controls (RBAC, ACLs, data access)
• Own platform health (performance, errors, data quality, tech debt)
• Lead upgrades and patching (impact assessment, testing, validation)
