 About the Role:  The ServiceNow Sr. Developer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. They work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integration, and configuration to ensure the platform meets the organization’s needs. Responsibilities:  Implement ITSM solutions using industry best practices within the ServiceNow platform. 
 Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound. 
 Create and configure Service Portal and widgets.
