ServiceNow Solution Architect – Long View Systems
Long View Systems, a dynamic IT provider in North America, is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our Toronto branch (also available in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Toronto). This role involves business and technical consulting, solution design, proposal development, and sales support to deliver high‑value ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to develop proposals for ServiceNow services.
- Develop work breakdown structure (WBS) artifacts to support proposals, estimating cost and delivery.
- Gather client ServiceNow requirements to develop proposals and solutions.
- Lead activities surrounding the ServiceNow Partner portal for programs Long View is enrolled in.
- Collaborate with Long View branch Architects and Account Managers to engage clients and support ServiceNow needs.
