Servicenow Program Manager

12+ Month Program Manager Contract (Local W2 Only)

Hybrid - on site in Boston up to 2x per week 

ServiceNow Program Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) suite. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that the ServiceNow platform delivers maximum value and aligns with organizational goals.

·Strategic Leadership: Define and manage the roadmap for ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, etc.) in alignment with ITIL best practices.

·Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and the technical development team to gather requirements and communicate progress.
