This role combines platform administration, development, and security-focused operations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in platform upgrades, system monitoring, and ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of platform security and operational best practices. 
Responsibilities:  
Execute platform upgrades, patching, and post-upgrade validations 
Monitor instance health and performance; proactively address performance and stability issues 
Manage instance cloning activities, including preserve rule configuration and post-clone checks 
Install, configure, and support MID Servers, covering both infrastructure and agent-level functionality
