About the Role
A ServiceNow Platform Analytics & Reporting Engineer works on designing, creating, and maintaining advanced reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics (PA) indicators within the ServiceNow platform. He translate business requirements into actionable data visualizations (KPIs) to drive decision-making, optimizing performance analytics and utilizing Platform Analytics Workspace to analyze platform engagement and system trends.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Data Visualization: Designing, building, and maintaining interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports (reports, PA widgets, scorecards).
Performance Analytics (PA): Developing PA indicators, scripts, and data collection jobs to monitor and analyze KPI trends over time, rather than just snapshot data.
