About the Role

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules such as:Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Develop custom applications and solutions within ServiceNow using:ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and App Engine Studio.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using:REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, Web Services, and scripted APIs.
Implement automation and orchestration for IT processes through Flow Designer and scripting.
Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and scheduled jobs.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with best practices.
Work closely with architects, admins, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
