- Demonstrated experience in guiding and supporting ITOM suite engagements during presales, design and implementation stages.
- Experience in leading at least three full lifecycle ITOM implementations, with specialization and certifications in Configuration Management, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Solid understanding of CMDB relationships and hierarchy, CMDB Health (Dashboards) and the CSDM framework.
- Expert knowledge of third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
- Strong ITSM working knowledge with the ability to articulate the benefits of the integrated ITSM and ITOM approach as part of Service Operations.
