ServiceNow FSM Architect

Position Description:

The ServiceNow FSM Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and governance of the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module. This role provides technical leadership, ensures architectural integrity, and drives high‑quality solution delivery across the enterprise. As the platform lead, you will guide developers, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and ensure best‑practice implementation of the FSM module.
