About the Role
We are looking to hire a Service Now Engineer - Remote who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Service Now platform for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.
We are looking for a passionate Service Now Engineer who can lead platform enhancements and ensure Service Now is aligned with IT service management and business objectives. You should also have experience in developing custom applications, integrating third-party systems, and working with modules such as ITSM, SPM and ITOM and Service Now Service Portal.
Key responsibilities:
Design and implement Service Now applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., Incident Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery).
Service Now Service Portal: Custom widget development, UI policies, and portal configuration.
