ServiceNow Developer

As the ServiceNow developer your main responsibility is to implement solutions in the system. Responsibilities:
• Performs configuration/customization of the ServiceNow System, including workflows
• Builds service Request fulfillment workflow from customer requirements including request and tasks using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules and others.
• Uses scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate task.
• Performs integration and process automations using orchestration, web services, soap calls, etc.
• Gathers specifications and requirements from business departments and delivers a product/release that meets the business needs.
• Interprets functional requirements and develop technical specification documents.
• Load, manipulates and maintain data between servicenow and other systems as needed.
