Role: ServiceNow Developer
Levels: Associate to Manager (2-10+ years)
Work Set-up: hybrid - Ayala, Makati
Work days and shift: Monday to Fridays, Day Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Automate workflows, approvals, and notifications to improve efficiency.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems via APIs and web services.
- Customize the user interface and experience to meet business requirements.
- Data Management: Handle imports, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and reporting.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system performance issues.
- Work with IT, HR, and business teams to align solutions with organizational needs.
