About the Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to execute a fast-paced, CMDB remediation and automation project. Working alongside the Lead Architect, you will implement automated solutions to clean up legacy data, configure discovery schedules, and build low-touch maintenance workflows. The project is slated to expand into Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Now Assist for ITSM deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Remediation: Write and execute scripts to identify, merge, and remediate existing duplicate, stale, and orphaned Configuration Items (CIs).
Platform Configuration: Implement Identification and Reconciliation (IRE) rules, CMDB Data Manager policies, and lifecycle status tracking.
Automation & Integration: Automate the population of support and approval groups on CIs to streamline Incident and Change Management processes. Configure critical Asset and CI attribute synchronisation.
