JOB OVERVIEW
The primary purpose of this role comprises of management, administration, support, upgrades and development of Study Group’s ServiceNow platform. In addition to this is the need to work with relevant IT and business stakeholders to understand new use cases and requirements then develop and implement required changes to the platform. This is a global role and will require engagement with stakeholders in all regions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
