Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
Significant experience in ITBM Configuration and Administration Development, Customization, Migration, Upgrade, and version standardization of ServiceNow Experience developing and customizing core ITBM applications such as Ideation, Demand, PPM, Resource Management.
