ServiceNow Developer

**Overview**

**Steampunk** is looking for a **ServiceNow Developer** to support one of our federal customers. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise workflows, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and other platform capabilities. This role works closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly ServiceNow applications that meet organizational and customer requirements. The ServiceNow Developer ensures platform stability, maintains best practices, and supports continuous improvement across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
