ROLE OVERVIEW
iSupport Worldwide is looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to design, build, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across multiple client environments. This role is focused on real development work—not admin-only tasks—and requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work directly with stakeholders. You will support and enhance ITSM processes, custom applications, integrations, and overall platform operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ServiceNow Development and Configuration
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Service Catalog items
- Build and maintain custom scoped applications aligned with business and client requirements
