ServiceNow Developer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to augment an existing delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, particularly within ITSM and/or CSM modules. Certifications are mandatory for this role.

This position requires a proactive developer who can work within an established team environment, contribute to ongoing implementations, and support enhancements and customizations across the ServiceNow platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
• Implement and enhance ITSM and/or CSM modules
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, flows, and automation
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
