ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement, configure, and maintain core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request, Knowledge).
• Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using APIs, web services, and scripting.
• Automate workflows and processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and scripting (JavaScript, Glide). Manage Service Portal configuration and enhancements.
• Customize UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and ACLs.
• Conduct unit testing and support UAT for developed features and fixes.
• Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
