Servicenow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and enhance business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development & Customization
• Create and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog).
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions to automate processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Manage the CMDB and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
