About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL best practices. The role involves analyzing system requirements, defining technical solutions, guiding junior developers, and ensuring high-quality delivery within an Agile environment.
Mandatory Skill(s)
8+ years in ServiceNow solution delivery and 5+ years in IT Service Management, preferably in Financial Services, Insurance, or consulting;
Must have experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and/or ITAM modules;
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and ITIL V3/V4 certified;
Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Workflows, App Engine, and ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP);
Solid experience in IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management);
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
