About the Role
Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow PPM implementation module, Platform development, configuration, and administration, including but not limited to successful deployments as lead.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow PPM applications: Project, Demand, Resource, Agile, and Financial Management.
- Proven experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – PPM (CIS-PPM) – strongly preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow PPM applications: Project, Demand, Resource, Agile, and Financial Management.
