Job Description:
- Implement ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA), Virtual Agent (VA) solutions.
- Configure and customize Service Portal , Service Catalog , and UI components.
- Design KPIs, indicators, scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- Enable data-driven insights for ITSM processes.
- Work with stakeholders to define metrics and benchmarks.
- Ensure data accuracy, UI/UX best practices, and effective data visualization.
