Job Description
- 6-10 years of total experience in software or platform development, including 5+ years working hands-on with ServiceNow (For Tech Leads, For Mid-level 5-7 years exp).
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.
- Solid experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
For AI/ML Engineers, experience working in AI/ML field is required.
For AI Experiences
Must Have:
- Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentals
