About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer (HRSD) to work on Azure DevOps stories, build a robust platform, and manage CI/CD and test automation for HRSD processes and APIs interfacing with the ServiceNow Platform.

Responsibilities

• Work with tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps. Develop Azure DevOps stories aligned to features, and communicate new capabilities and process updates to customers to increase enterprise adoption.
• Implement tools and processes to build a robust platform for all IT customer teams, guiding development and documenting standards for organization use.
