Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems. Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and MID Server integrations. Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, or custom applications. Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development.
