ServiceNow Developer

This position will be responsible for the configuration and development of the ServiceNow platorm. The primary focus of this role is Strategic Portolio Management (SPM) and may also work on other ServiceNow modules where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure the ServiceNow platorm based on business requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather & understand requirements and translate to technical solutions, new applications, or to transform ServiceNow business requirements into a viable solution.
• Implement integrayions with other Client systems/applications using API, Integration Hub, and other integration methods
• Ensure the latest ServiceNow features, and best practices are utilized to provide the most efficient solutions.
• Performs unit testing before turning the solution over for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Creates and maintains technical documentation.
