We are looking for a Service Now Developer to join a consulting-led environment, supporting enterprise Service Now implementations across one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SPM.

- Design, develop, and deliver Service Now solutions aligned with business and client requirements
- Implement and enhance ITIL-based processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Build workflows, service catalogs, integrations, and platform automation
- Perform custom development using Java Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI components
- Work within Agile delivery teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
