Role Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4-5 years of experience to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications across ITSM and related modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on development skills, a good understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (primarily ITSM; exposure to ITOM, HRSD, CSM is a plus).
• Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
• Design and implement Workflows / Flow Designer solutions.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment processes.
• Build and consume REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
