Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and visionary ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role is vital to ensuring the integrity, reliability, and effectiveness of configuration data that underpins our IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) functions.

You'll be at the forefront of our ServiceNow ecosystem, applying best practices, industry standards, and technical expertise to build and maintain a high-performing, business-aligned CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

CMDB Design & Architecture

• Design and manage the CMDB data model using the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Define governance, standards, and policies to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Establish data normalization and reconciliation strategies.
