About the Role

The opportunity
We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst who will serve as the main bridge between clients and delivery teams. You will lead workshops, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements for global ServiceNow implementations.
Your key responsibilities
Lead requirement‑gathering workshops and capture business needs.

Analyze and document processes, translating them into functional requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project.

Collaborate with architects and developers to shape ServiceNow solutions.

Support UAT, solution validation, and change‑management activities.

Prepare clear documentation (user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria).

Contribute to agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
