About the Role

Description and Requirements
The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for the overall design, governance, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role ensures the ServiceNow Platform is implemented in a scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe manner while aligning technical architecture with business objectives. The ServiceNow Architect will work closely with clients to understand their architectural requirements, design and customize processes based on client requirements and platform feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on process and procedures for various modules within the ServiceNow platform.
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow designs
